The International Collating Centre at the Animal Health Trust has issued advice for Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association members with mares returning from France this season.
DEFRA have confirmed the isolation of Taylorella equigenitalis (the Contagious Equine Metritis organism) from an asymptomatic 16-year-old Thoroughbred mare in Gloucestershire.
