Employers' Area
If you are an employer, we have set up a dedicated section of the website providing information, guidance and advice to help you, including:
- Fact sheets on a range of employment law topics covering the employment relationship from start to finish.
- Sample policies to manage the employer/employee relationship
- A quarterly employment law newsletter
- Access to Health and Safety documentation plus a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor and documentation
- An employers’ register which you are invited sign up to so that we can update you regularly by email on all employment law matters. All employers are encouraged to register. You will be asked to complete an online form giving some basic details on your stud which will enable you to receive email updates from us.
You will need to be registered as a TBA member to view the employment law documentation.
